AI automation for your business
AI automation means handing the repetitive parts of your operations to software: lead triage, order processing, data entry, reporting, customer replies. We build custom AI agents and workflows around the tools you already use, CRM, WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, so the busywork runs itself, with a senior engineer accountable for every step.
Most automation shops wire up a no-code tool and leave. We build automations that hold up: scoped to your real process, instrumented so you can see what they do, and secured so they cannot leak data. We start with one painful workflow, prove the return, then scale. The reason to care about who builds it is that an automation with no owner fails silently. It keeps reporting success while quietly dropping records, and you find out from a customer rather than a dashboard. Everything we ship logs what it did, tells someone when it breaks, and has a human checkpoint wherever a wrong answer would be expensive.
What this covers
- AI agents for operations (lead triage, summarisation, routing)
- Custom workflow automation across your stack
- CRM, WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheet integrations
- Custom internal AI tools and dashboards
- Human-in-the-loop checkpoints where they matter
- Monitoring, error handling, and security built in
Questions
- How much does AI automation cost?
- Scope sets the price, and scope is set on a free 30-minute call. We usually start with one workflow at a contained cost, so you see the return before committing to more.
- Do you use no-code tools or custom code?
- Whatever fits. Simple flows use the right off-the-shelf tools; anything with real logic, data, or scale we build custom, because no-code automations tend to break quietly as they grow. A senior owns it either way.
- What can you actually automate?
- Anything repetitive with a clear trigger and outcome: lead capture and triage, order and inventory updates, report generation, customer replies, syncing data between tools, and custom AI agents for your specific operations.
- Is it safe to automate with AI?
- Only if it is built carefully. AI-built automations can leak credentials or mishandle data when nobody senior reviews them. Our security lead is an active bug-bounty researcher, so access, secrets, and data handling are designed in from the start.
Selected work
The clearest automation work we can point at publicly is inside our commerce builds. For Fraghill we replaced a quiz that collected email addresses and silently discarded them with one that actually enrols the customer, and wired a welcome sequence behind it. For Kala Curry we built SEO infrastructure that generates and maintains metadata across 817 products, which is a job nobody was ever going to do by hand.
